A woman’s beauty attracts me, her intellect keeps me –Sir Dee

Big Brother Naija 2019 housemate, Daniel Atteh, popularly known as Sir Dee, has said that leaving his banking job is the biggest sacrifice he has made for his career.

In an interview with Sunday Scoop, the entertainer who relocated from Kaduna to Lagos, noted that he quit his banking job for the uncertainty in the entertainment industry. He said, “The biggest sacrifice I have made for my career would be leaving the security that my job in the bank offered for the uncertainty of the entertainment industry

Atteh also stated that his life had changed since his time at BBNaija. He said, “I must confess that it has been an amazing experience since the show ended. My life has changed in more ways than I can mention. I have relocated from Kaduna to Lagos and I’m also now fully into the entertainment industry, focusing on acting and hosting events, although I’m open to other opportunities. I have experienced love from fans in such amazing ways. Of course, there are some downsides, such as learning to live in a new environment and also the fact that my life is now in the public eye. However, I have found life to be more exciting, especially now that I’m living my dream.”

On his favourite qualities in a woman, Sir Dee said, “I’m attracted to a woman’s intellectual capacity and her ability to hold a meaningful conversation. That is not to say I don’t look out for outward beauty. I would say a woman’s beauty attracts me but her mind keeps me. I also love caring and selfless women.”

On the lessons learnt while in the Big Brother House, the former bank worker said, “Firstly, I learnt that to be happy and free, one has to be true to oneself, regardless of the opinions of others. I also learnt that there is nothing I can’t do; there are only things I haven’t tried. And I have learnt to seek peace with the people around me.”
