The initial five weeks lock down in some part of the country has not been effective in curtailing the virus due to failure of the people to comply to the directive of the federal government to stay at home and federal government failure to provide palliative for people stay at home.

Another total lockdown could spell doom for the country fragile economy as many individuals and corporate organization have been thrown off balance by the adverse effects of the pandemic on the country's economy. Many individuals have face untold hardship as they barely feed a day due to lack of means of survival. Citizens are having sleepless night due to increase in crime rate.
The government are now facing a difficult option to choose between imposing another lockdown which could shatter the economy and lead to wide spread poverty and hunger or continue with business activities and expose the citizens to risk of contacting the virus
