MOSADOLUWA ORPHANAGE HOME WELCOMES YAGI


The premises of MOSADOLUWA ORPHANAGE HOME, Basiri, Ado EKITI was pleasantly agog on the 5th December, 2020 at about 2pm, as The You Are Great Initiative train stopped at Ado EKITI, the capital city of EKITI State. The Proprietress and founder of the home, Mrs Ogunleye welcomed members of the NGO. After the introduction of the children of the Orphanage and members of the NGO, Mrs Ogunleye conducted members on a guided tour of the orphanage. The CEO of YOU ARE GREAT INITIATIVE, Chief Mrs OLUREMI FAGUNWA-Ogunleye later presented  materials ranging from food stuffs, drinks, toiletries,Pampers, books and assorted snacks to the orphanage on behalf of the NGO. Cash gift was Presented to the founder of the orphanage home by Elder Femi Adebolu to support the children school fees. The materials were received by the Proprietor and Founder of the Orphanage together with some children of the Orphanage.  
Elder Femi Adebolu, a Pioneer member of the  YAGI admonished the children at the orphanage and encouraged them to strive to be good and successful citizens that we all will be proud of.
A representative of the children at the Orphanage thanked the NGO on behalf of the children in the orphanage.
 
The second part of the days activities started at about 5pm at Royal Castle Guest House where the NGO held her quarterly meeting and End of the year hangout
The chairman organizing committee for the End of the year hangout, Barrister Lanre Owoleso anchored the proceedings at the hangout. 
Some members of the NGO were given award of appreciate by the group CEO Chief Mrs Oluremi Fagunwa Ogunleye. They are;

The special guest of honor at the occasion,  HRM Oba Folorunsho Adedara, the Alara of Ara Ekiti
ably represented by Chief Mrs Grace Ajayi (The Eyebaisa of Ara Ekiti)
and Chief Tope Owoeye (The Saloro of Ara Ekiti). 
Live music was provided by Doyen Merry Makers, to the admiration of the members. 
The CEO of the group, thanked members for their continued support to the group in all ramifications. She emphasize that the award given to some members in appreciate of their commitment and support to the NGO will be a continuous exercise. She then urged members not to relent in their effort towards supporting the less privileged and the widows in our society. She calls on well to do  people in the society to support the mission because together we can make life better for the less privileged in the society.
